Including Excel drop-down lists in your RFP response

If you have been sent an Excel spreadsheet, you may have drop-down lists you need to fill-in.
We've also seen those pesky Word documents that someone has (somehow) embedded drop-down options. 

Either way, there is some help. 
  1. If you use the Excel upload option, you can upload the drop-down options with the Question.
  2. If you just manually add the questions, or upload the questions without the drop-down options, you can configure the drop-downs manually at the Section and/or Question level. 
If you upload from Excel, your drop-down options might be different for each Question. We get these types of questionnaires periodically. 

If you are setting or modifying an existing list, here's some help. You can do this at the Section or the individual Question level. 

Click on the Section (or the Question) and look to the right-hand action panel.

If there's an existing list, you can select it. If not, you can create a new one.

Give it a name and add the list drop-down options.

Then you and your writers can select the options and input plain text (as comments) below.
