You can manage your team’s Knowledge Base (KB) by easily tagging questions “on the fly”.
As you are responding, you can tag the questions/responses so that these new pairs will be stored in the KB with the appropriate tag.
To tag a question, start typing the tag name into the "Internal Tags" box. As you type, a list of your current tags will begin to pop up. If you wish to use an existing tag, simply click on the tag that you wish to use:
If you need to create a new tag, type the name of the tag and then do a hard return on your computer (push enter).
After you fully Approve your response, your new answer with the tag(s) will be saved to your Knowledge Base (provided that your "Save to Knowledge Base?" toggle button has been moved to "Yes").
