How do I unlock locked out users as an Administrator?

As an Administrator, you are able to unlock users that have unfortunately entered too many password attempts. Go into the Users page accessible from the top right drop-down menu. By default, users get 5 attempts to reset their passwords and are warned by the system when they are close to the fifth time.  

You can unlock them without having to wait on the Lockout Minutes as seen in the Security Settings screen. All you have to do is press the red lockicon.




You will be prompted with this message:



Note: For those without timely access to an Administrator, the system defaults to 30 minutes of being locked out after 5 failed attempts.
