Who is my Proposal Owner?

A Proposal owner is the Point of Contact (POC) for your team. They will receive email notifications about the project and are the ones that will be Submitting the Proposal if received electronically from within RFP365.

By default, whoever uploads and starts the Proposal is the Proposal Owner, but you can change the owner through Details page or on the set up pages when starting a new Proposal in the system.  Simply click on the Proposal you want and then the Details tab in the upper right hand corner. This will display all pertinent info about your Proposal, including the POC in the middle of the page. 






**Important Note **  If you were invited to a Proposal and you or someone on your team received an RFP or Profile Invitation, whomever the Issuing company sent the Invitation to will automatically be the Proposal's Owner. 

 The Proposal Owner will be the person who manages communication between your organization and the RFP issuing Point of Contact (POC).
