The Knowledge Base is where your proposal content is stored, indexed, and retrieved.
Proposals are a collection of many pieces of content strung together to create a complete, customized story. The Knowledge Base is where this content lives. When your writers search for previous responses, they are searching for pieces of content in your Knowledge Base.
Each Knowledge item is comprised of:
- Tags (which are optional)
- Files (attachments related to the response)
- Metadata (who created the content, when, and other available data)
Keeping the Knowledge Base updated will ensure you give a consistent and accurate story of your organization’s capabilities. This will be a primary source of information for your writers.
