How do I manage tags?

Your tag management console allows you to manage all your tags in use across the platform. You can see where certain tags are being used, whether they are on RFPs, Contacts, Companies, Templates, Proposals, Knowledge, etc. You can also see if anyone has created any duplicates or correct any possible misspellings if necessary. 

Administrators can access the tag console from the Accounts page. 

1. Click on your name in the upper right hand corner. 
2. Select the Accounts page from the drop-down menu, select the Account hyperlink (if you use sub-accounts) that you desire to manage on the next page.
3. Select the Tags tab from the options at the top of the page. 
4. Select the amount of entries you want to view at a time from the menu at the bottom center of the page.

You can edit tags or delete them if you need to. You can also create a new tag if you want to make it available to your users by entering it in the field provided at the top right of the page and clicking the Create Tag button. 

Download your tags into an Excel (.xlsx) spreadsheet to better sort and understand your tags.
