How do I manage and cleanup my tags at the account level?

Am I able to see all tags that have been used across my account (or sub-account) anywhere?

Yes, Administrators of the account are able to access the Tag Management Console at the account level! The Tag Management Console allows you to manage tags that have been used in the account across content in your database.

Having all tags visible in one place is incredibly useful in managing duplications, misspellings, and erroneous creation of tags. 

How can an Administrator access the Tag Management Console? 

  1. Navigate to the Accounts page by clicking on your username in the upper right-hand corner of the application.
  2. Select the Accounts page from the drop-down menu.
  3. Click on the hyperlink for the account (or sub-account) you want to manage.
  4. Select the Tags tab along the top of the page.
NOTE: Depending on the number of tags created in the account, you may need to update the number of entries shown at the bottom of the page. 

How do I manage tags in the Tag Management Console?

  • Click on the tag name to edit. 
  • Click on the trashcan icon delete.

  • Click a hyperlinked number to view tagged content.
