That’s a great idea. We do that on the ‘other side’ of the solution, so that same idea could be ported over.

For me, I would like more options on the "default edit" for sections - you can update the default workflow owners and associated date due - but you have to edit ALL of the data - and some times II ONLY want to update the date due, not the owner.
If I have assigned questions in that section to multiple owners and then need to update a date date, when I use the default edit feature to edit in bulk, I overwrite all the user assignments in addition to updated the date.
When you assign a task, there is an initial notification. If the task isn’t complete the day before due, there is a reminder. We are looking into a button to send a manual reminder, so thanks for the idea.elizabeths commented
I would love a "Bulk Action" to send a reminder to all open task holders.
We added a Related Questions feature to help find duplicative responses. You can find this when you click into a Knowledge content item. But we’ll keep working on a ‘report’ that would help identify these in bulk.
